Specialist, Project Management
This remote position coordinates support tasks related to operations, handling incoming and outgoing contacts, responding to former employee inquiries, and collaborating with local site teams. The role involves communicating with outside partners and vendors, maintaining contacts within case and inventory management systems, and logging contact details and recovery efforts.

Responsibilities
- Participate in planning, development, implementation, and support of operational activities
- Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate personnel
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational procedures within and between departments
- Coordinate rewards, recognitions, and employee engagement activities
- Update, maintain, prepare, and distribute operational status reports using various software programs
- Coordinate meetings as requested
- Assist the operations management team in prioritizing daily initiatives
- May assist in completing expense reports
- Deliver expert customer experiences
- Maintain contacts within case management and inventory management systems, including logging details and tracking recovery efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, project management, sales, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, account management, business development, or related roles
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams, client onboarding, implementation projects, or revenue-generating initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer lifecycle management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, Training, Leadership)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
- Experience tracking KPIs, project milestones, sales metrics, and business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience developing project plans, timelines, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify risks, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and other business productivity tools
- Experience with process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency initiatives (preferred)
- Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
