Specialist, Data Analytics

About the Role

The Specialist, Data Analytics Engineer serves as the technical leader for Master Data Management (MDM) data integration and movement, with accountability for data ingestion, transformation, quality assurance, and distribution of master data across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs such as KYC, client onboarding, reporting, relationship manager hierarchy, and related business processes into MDM requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define functional requirements and specifications.
• Serve as the functional lead for Master Party, Account, and Enterprise Reference Data domains, translating business needs into data models, business rules, and processes.
• Ensure data quality, governance compliance, and alignment with client lifecycle, regulatory, and enterprise data management strategies.
• Define and monitor data quality KPIs.
• Partner with Data Stewards, Data Owners, Architecture, and Data Governance teams.
• Ensure master data standards, controls, and governance requirements are implemented.

Pay

$137,400 - 240,400 USD
