About the role
This role is eligible for a bonus and language incentive opportunities. You will interact with clients via phone, assisting with customer service and trading for both domestic and international clients.
Responsibilities
- Aid clients in trading securities on US exchanges
- Collaborate in a fast-paced environment to support client needs
- Create and maintain relationships with clients
- Discuss trading topics and provide appropriate solutions
- Mitigate risk and ensure trading accuracy while adhering to policies and guidelines
- Grow knowledge in personal finance and continuously learn
- Establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
- Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin (must be able to speak, read, and write)
- 1-3 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, or Brokerage Services with an emphasis in trading
- Proactive and consultative approach to client engagement
- Passion for trading and market knowledge
- Shift flexibility is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
- Resilience to handle a fast-paced call environment
