Specialist, Core Service - International Client Services (Mandarin/Cantonese Required)

About the role

This role is eligible for a bonus and language incentive opportunities. You will interact with clients via phone, assisting with customer service and trading for both domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Aid clients in trading securities on US exchanges
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment to support client needs
• Create and maintain relationships with clients
• Discuss trading topics and provide appropriate solutions
• Mitigate risk and ensure trading accuracy while adhering to policies and guidelines
• Grow knowledge in personal finance and continuously learn
• Establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
• Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin (must be able to speak, read, and write)
• 1-3 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, or Brokerage Services with an emphasis in trading
• Proactive and consultative approach to client engagement
• Passion for trading and market knowledge
• Shift flexibility is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
• Resilience to handle a fast-paced call environment
