About the role

The Specialist, Content Fulfillment (Temporary) is a key player in the Content Operations team based in Stamford, CT. The Global Content Fulfillment Team focuses on the processing, packaging, and distribution of A+E content for global platforms. This role ensures content reaches consumers across various platforms and locations while developing new solutions to improve user experience for customers, consumers, and colleagues.

The specialist will own the successful processing and delivery of AEGM content for third-party platforms, including FVOD, FAST, AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and Owned & Operated. They will also track and communicate fulfillment, ensuring all assets (metadata, artwork, video, and captioning) comply with partner package requirements and delivery SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complete fulfillment of A+E content, including source processing, packaging, and delivery of required elements (metadata, artwork, video, and captioning) based on partner specifications.
  • Track work orders via Comcast Video Platform (CVP), Medigenix, and Airtable.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Scheduling, Content Operations, Acquisitions, Production Operations, and Metadata Operations to acquire necessary elements for packaging and delivery.
  • Conduct technical Q/C of package elements in preparation for digital distribution.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on processes and distribution endpoints, supporting technicians as needed.
  • Support the Manager, Content Fulfillment in prioritizing day-to-day and project-based deliveries.
  • Interact effectively with distribution partners and management across all levels of the organization.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent, on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication.
  • Foster an inclusive working environment aligned with AEGM cultural values.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Advanced knowledge of video formats and codecs.
  • Experience with Adobe products, video encoding technologies, XML metadata, and digital delivery protocols (FTP, SFTP, Aspera, Signiant) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Proactive work ethic with a focus on accuracy in a detail-oriented workflow.
  • Positive attitude and desire to excel in a team-oriented culture.
  • Passion for new technology and a desire to work in the entertainment/media industry.

This is a temporary role with a duration of no longer than eighteen (18) months, employed through a third-party vendor.

Pay

Contract Hourly Pay Rate: $41.21. Compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
