Responsibilities
- Reviews all available non-gaming outlet system reports to identify process breakdowns and other irregularities.
- Conducts periodic audits of non-gaming outlet cash impressments and variance policies.
- Ensures all cash handling personnel in non-gaming areas are properly established in the POS system.
- Ensures coupon settlement codes necessary for each property are requested to the Comp Authorizers and set-up and tested upon receipt.
- Makes recommendations for improving the effectiveness of policies and practices through operational analysis and critique.
- Keeps abreast of current trends and practices within area of responsibility and communicates pertinent information to subordinates and superiors.
- Assists with other corporate investigation functions as assigned.
- Ledds assigned projects upon request.
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of company policy and procedures for all non-gaming locations.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of food and beverage knowledge and info genesis system.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
- College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years in Hospitality industry preferred.
- NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
About the Role
Acts as a liaison between property Finance leaders and Corporate Finance as it relates to non-gaming compliance matters for the Atlantic City region. Responsible for conducting internal investigations as appropriate in collaboration with Surveillance, Security, Internal Audit and Corporate Fraud and Control departments.
