Supervisor Design and Decor Regional- Full Time (Caesars Atlantic City/CES)

About the role

Supervises the Atlantic City operations Design and Decor department. Responsible for overseeing interior design and implementation of theme parties, special events and associated displays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with outside vendors in the operations related to the set-up of the special sets and displays.
• Maintains accurate records for each account assigned by the Director.
• Works with outside agencies, vendors, clients and internal departments to access appropriate décor for concerts, special events, parties etc.
• Ensures a smooth, flawless execution of each event.
• Responsible for departmental payroll, purchase order processing and tracking, invoice coding and tracking and check and payment processing.
• Works with the Director on special entertainment projects including competitive analysis, market research, recap presentation and genre analysis.
• Performs special assignments as requested by upper management.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in the production of special events and entertainment projects with an emphasis on supervising design, and execution of events.
• Strong supervision and communication skills required.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• NJ Cer License Required.
