About the role
This position supports High Performance Doors under the brand names Dynaco, Albany, and TKO at the Kenosha, WI facility. You will work as part of a global team in a flexible environment, focusing on CNC programming and operations for high-performance door fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs across multiple fabrication platforms
- Generate G-code and machine instructions
- Use SolidWorks to create flat patterns and cutting files
- Establish programs for new equipment
- Troubleshoot machine issues and support production
- Validate part quality against design
- Maintain documentation and revision control
Requirements
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in machine tool technology, CNC programming and operations, CAD technology, or a related technical program (desirable)
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience
- Experience with multiple CNC platforms
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
- SolidWorks experience (required)
- Advanced/Intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite and SharePoint
- Knowledge of PLC-based machine control systems (desirable)
