CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Specialist with expertise in precision turning, milling, and process development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, verify, and optimize CNC programs using GibbsCAM or similar software
• Design tooling and fixtures with Autodesk Inventor
• Create and redraw process drawings
• Apply GD&T principles
• Plan machining sequences for turning, milling, and VTL operations
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure process reliability
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications

• Proficiency in GibbsCAM and Autodesk Inventor
• Strong understanding of GD&T and inspection practices
• Experience with turning, milling, and VTL equipment
• Knowledge of macro programming
• Background in quality planning and inspection documentation
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in gear manufacturing is a plus
