Responsibilities
- Maintain safety as the highest priority and abide by all INEOS safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and promote the INEOS “20 Principles of Safety”, assuring that others are aware of safe working practices and promote the safety concepts of “Coaching for Safety” and “Stop Work”.
- Promote safety and safe actions through communication such as discussing safety with employees/contractors before job task, during meetings, and as opportunities arise to promote safety to the fullest extent possible.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulatory requirements and strive to meet internal SHE objectives.
- Complete training requirements as outlined in the annual training schedule.
- Promote and maintain ISO 9000 within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Aid in identifying and implementing cost reduction ideas to reduce plant expenditures.
- Oversee the collection and data entry into SAP for daily time sheets for the Maintenance Department’s hourly employees within SAP software.
- Oversee the collection and data entry SAP software for completed work order and file completed work order for the Maintenance Department.
- Run cost settlement for the SAP PM orders and ensure all orders settle for Mobile.
- Code work orders for variable costs and capital expenditures.
- Order adequate office supplies for Maintenance Department and supervision.
- Reconcile department purchasing cards in purchasing card system.
- Provide Finance Department with custom detail cost reports for audits.
- Enter service entries into SAP for invoices and approve the invoices in Esker.
- Enter data for new and modified Equipment Master Records in SAP.
- Enter data for new and modified Preventive Maintenance Plans in SAP.
- Provide training to plant employees on the SAP software.
- Provide troubleshooting support to Mobile Plant and Pasadena Plant (as needed) for SAP PM Module software.
- Create and format customized reports within SAP.
- Create and maintain table data in SAP PM module.
- Maintain the Maintenance Department’s Document Control files.
- Maintain the training records for the Maintenance Department.
- Updates and maintains departmental data on personal computer.
- Prepares and distributes weekly and monthly reports within required time frames.
- Provide clerical support services for the Maintenance Department.
Qualifications
- High School-level education or GED required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum three (3) to (5) five years' experience in data entry and custom report writing within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Should be capable of demonstrating a minimum 60-wpm typing proficiency.
- Perform advanced mathematical calculations.
- Technical skills in a chemical environment helpful but not required.
- Must be able to communicate in a professional manner to co-workers and outside contacts, in person, by telephone, and written correspondence.
- The use of the following office equipment will be required: Personal computer, calculator, multi-line telephone, copier, printer, and scanner.
- The use of the following software could be required: Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Project, Teams, SharePoint), PDF Xchange, SAP.
- The use of the following site systems could be required: PI Data Historian, Training Mine, TenForce, SharePoint, Esker.
