Specialist, Client Processing
About the role
As a Specialist, Client Processing at BNY, you’ll perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions. This role is based in Pittsburgh and involves collaborating with other organizational units to ensure timely service delivery or issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Process account-related transactions per scheduled events or client-authenticated direction.
- Answer inquiries and resolve problems or issues following established procedures, adapting responses or conducting extensive research as needed based on client feedback.
- Escalate complex situations to senior colleagues.
- Integrate area knowledge with industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
- Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area.
- May allocate and check work of team members, including specific supervisory review and approval actions.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred.
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
