About the role
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Responsibilities
- Perform functional and regression testing, defect management, support implementation to production, training to stakeholders and post implementation support
- Serve as first line of support for UAT issues encountered by team members
- Act as liaison between technology and business operation groups as a first level of escalation for issues encountered on functional BAU processes or system issues
- Provide expertise during requirement building (stories) and enrich and control QA functional testing within sprint cycles as a stakeholder in Agile Scrum team's sprints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Finance degree or strong interest in Finance highly preferred
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred
- Autonomous, eager to learn, with good problem-solving skills
- Not afraid to challenge and be challenged
Qualifications
- Experience with UAT testing, Agile practices, and/or Defect Management preferred
- Affinity with technical processes preferred
- Understanding of the Global Custody Business, SWIFT messaging and Collateral Management & segregation business is an asset
