Average hourly rate is $18.89 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).

A Day in The Life

• Collaborate with case teams, Department for Children and Families (DCF), law enforcement, and other stakeholders
• Locate absent youth who are absent from placement
• Review case files
• Conduct social media searches
• Contact family members and friends of the youth
• Engage with community partners
• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss strategies for locating and supporting vulnerable youth
• Complete Human Trafficking assessments when necessary
• Ensure all efforts are trauma-informed and culturally sensitive
• Document findings
• Maintain close communication with agencies and families
