About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Special Response Security Officer. The role involves adapting to various missions and shifts, with responsibilities including monitoring premises, conducting patrols, controlling access points, responding to incidents, providing customer service, writing reports, collaborating with authorities, ensuring safety, and protecting individuals and property.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Requirements
- Schedule: Required to have open availability and work various shifts. Specific shift and schedule information will be discussed during the interview process.

- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Reliable transportation is required due to variable schedules and potential travel between locations
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
- 1–2 years of security experience preferred; military or law enforcement background is also highly valued
- You have a CLEET license or the ability to obtain one
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass an extensive screening process
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid Driver's license

- Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
- 1–2 years of security experience preferred; military or law enforcement background is also highly valued
