Special Response Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer with a focus on customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who build meaningful connections and can reassure and inspire confidence in others. You’ll work in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers across all shifts.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Special Response / Rover role requiring open availability for 1st (Mornings) and 3rd shift (Overnight), including any day and short-notice assignments.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• FL Class D security license
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (this is a driving post)

Preferred experience: Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
