About the role
The Nursing Success Manager supports the nursing director and nursing students to support program initiatives. This grant-funded, full-time position falls under the Rebuilding Nursing Infrastructure Grant.
Responsibilities
- Supports the nursing director and nursing students to support program initiatives.
- Organizes, advises, and supports the BSN concurrent Enrollment program.
- Participates in joint meetings and student selection criteria.
- Aids the nursing director with NCLEX prep for graduating cohorts.
- Reviews CEP and career mobility program applications and coordinates new student orientation.
- Arranges students for meetings with BSN clinical affiliations and monitors BSN enrollment.
- Designs strategic programs and initiatives to facilitate student success.
- Collaborates with academic partners to serve students.
- Coordinates scholarship applications and workshop information for students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR at least two (2) years of experience in administering the specified project(s) or similar project(s).
- Commitment to diversity.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing education, academic advising, or student support services.
- Experience with at-risk student populations, including first-generation students, ESL students, and students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to analyze student performance data to guide interventions.
- Skilled in data entry, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel, or institutional dashboards.
- Comfortable using and supporting students with online NCLEX prep tools, simulation software, and educational apps.
- Basic knowledge of student information systems (SIS) like Banner or PeopleSoft.

- Evidence of degree conferred/awarded must be printed on a legible transcript as applicable.
