Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance youth engagement in community programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address youth needs and challenges.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of youth-focused initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social work, public policy, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience working with youth populations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
