Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Build bulkheads and walls.
• Water-proof buildings.
• Drainage and excavation.
• Remove trees.
• Minor carpentry repair.
• Install fences.
• Repair playgrounds.
• Install, repair, and clean gutters.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in general building and grounds maintenance work.
• Aptitude for apartment maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Passing a criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.

Skills

Customer service skills, initiative, ability to lift heavy objects, and basic carpentry skills.
