About the role
Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring a full-time Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Field Technician in the Seattle area. The role includes commercial pressure washing and high-end homes/estates cleaning with opportunities for leadership. The main shop is in Snohomish; the position requires the ability to pick up and drop off a work vehicle from this location as needed. Field technicians are provided with professional-grade equipment and comprehensive training. Responsibilities
- Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal, and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles)
- Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Perform all-season indoor and outdoor work
- Maintain an eye for detail
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Be courteous and focused on clients’ needs
- Able to pick up and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Previous pressure-washing experience is a plus
- Knowledge of ladder, man lift, and boom work is a plus
- Mechanically inclined
- Solution-based mindset
- Take pride in your work
Experience
Experience cleaning high-end construction is a plus but not required.

Pay
Starting wages from $28–$42 per hour DOE; overtime available with management approval.
Schedule
Sunday–Thursday; must be able to work both day shifts and some night shifts.
