Special Procedure Technologist

We are seeking a Special Procedure Technologist to assist the nursing and physician teams in coordinating and performing interventional radiology examinations. Key Responsibilities Include Preparing and completing departmental and non-departmental radiology proceduresEnsuring quality control and patient comfort during proceduresCollaborating with physicians on proper orders, requisitions, and lab resultsManaging technical exposure factors to minimize radiation riskMaintaining radiation safety and coordinating continuing education Qualifications And Skills Required Active, valid ARRT and NJ DEP licensesBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHAMinimum of 2 years radiology experience preferredProcedural interventional radiology experience is advantageous This is a full-time, day shift position requiring on-call and weekend rotations.
