Special Order Account Representative - Staples Promotional Products
About the role
Support customers and sales representatives by providing product ideas, quotes, and executing purchase orders for promotional and proprietary products outside standard programs. Research solutions, source products, and negotiate costs to meet unique customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless fulfillment and billing. Resolve client and supplier issues as they arise. Participate in continuous improvement efforts for processes and service delivery. Represent Staples at customer and corporate trade shows, with occasional travel to support business growth.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of related work experience. High school diploma or equivalent.
- PREFERRED Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Industry experience with ESP or SAGE. Promotional products merchandising or purchasing skills.
