About Sos Success On The Spectrum
We are a learning center for children with Autism. We assign one "teacher" (known as a behavior technician) per child. We teach the children to talk, pretend play, feed themselves, make friends, etc.

Consistent Pay
Full-time hours (40 hours per week).
Your pay is not affected by client cancellations.

True Work-Life Balance
Work in the center Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM.
Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 90 minutes.
10 days paid time off (because you deserve it!).

Training And Support
SOS will give you hands-on training.
BCBAs work within the center and support you in-person.
SOS has an LMS with robust training content for you to learn the ropes.
Company paid BLS / CPR certification.
Company paid QBS Safety Care certification.
Career Growth
SOS will pay for you to become a registered behavior technician.
You’ll get a performance review every 6 months and have the opportunity to be promoted into Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or a Trainer.

Benefits
Pay: $16/hr to start and then $17-$20/hr once you are registered/certified.
