Special Needs Teacher Assistant

Job Description

Work In Center
Monday - Friday 7:50 am-4:00 pm.
We are open every other Saturday from 7:50 am-4:00 pm.
Implement Lesson Plans (created by the BCBA).
Incorporate sensory activities into the lessons (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
Record notes into the software.
General End-of-day Cleaning Duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
• Clean criminal background.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask.
• Previous experience working with Autistic children (preferred).
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.
