Responsibilities
- Supporting children in participating in age-appropriate activities that grow holistic child development skills.
- Maintaining open communication with colleagues.
- Ensuring adherence to school policies.
- Fostering an atmosphere of respect and positive reinforcement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and successful background check.
- Physical ability to perform job duties.
- 1 year of experience working with diverse groups of children.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in child development, early childhood education, or a related field.
- Experience working with school-aged children with special needs in a childcare or education setting is highly preferred.
Pay
- Salary: $21.25 per hour.
Schedule
- School year 2026-2027
- Part-time from 2-6 pm, Monday through Friday
- Locations: Sunset Hill and Oakwood
