Special Needs Caregiver

We are currently hiring part-time Special Needs Caregiver / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the following areas: Elkin, NC and Jonesville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

Pay

$16.00/hr, weekly pay. Flexible part-time schedules with multiple shifts available, close to home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to community activities
