Part-time evenings (2 pm – 10 pm), every other weekend and one evening per week, plus every Friday and every other Thursday and Saturday.
Pay
$16.59 – $21.60/hour (based on experience).

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including work, recreation, and transportation
- Maintain a safe and loving home-like atmosphere
- Develop and implement a monthly activity calendar and meal plan in collaboration with staff and resident input
- Communicate with Program Manager/Program Specialist, co-workers, and guardians about resident progress and individual support plans
- Maintain and update resident records for compliance with regulations
- Attend in-service and required training programs; complete 24 hours of annual training relevant to human services
- Maintain current certifications in medication training, CPR, and first aid
- Assist Program Manager/Specialist with interviewing, supervising, and assessing potential consumers for admission
- Evaluate and analyze resident strengths and weaknesses to determine future career possibilities
- Provide educational materials for residents based on areas of remediation
- Function as liaison between residents, family members, medical and professional personnel, and job supervisors
- Collaborate with Program Manager/Specialist on the development, coordination, and review of individual support plans
- Ensure accurate distribution and documentation of medication to residents
Requirements
- High school graduate and at least 18 years of age
- Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills
- Act 33 Clearance (completed upon employment)
- Current and valid PA Driver’s License
