About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Manhattan, New York. You will provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, including those with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, including autism and related disorders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Master’s in Special Education preferred).
- Teacher’s certification for Students with Disabilities Birth–Grade 2.
- State certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with children with special needs, specifically those with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Only applicants with a Master’s in Special Education and a teacher’s certificate for Students with Disabilities Birth–Grade 2 will be considered.
