Requirement
- ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector
- ICC-SMSI Structural Masonry Special Inspector
RECORDS AND REPORTS
Detailed daily reports shall be prepared for each inspection and test by the Special Inspector and Testing Laboratory.
- Reports shall include:
- Date of test or inspection
- Name of Inspector or Technician
- Location of specific areas tested or inspected
- Description of test or inspection and results
- Applicable ASTM standard
- Weather conditions
- Inspector signature
- Any discrepancies from the Contract Documents found during a Special Inspection shall be immediately reported to the Contractor. If the discrepancies are not corrected, the Special Inspector shall notify the Contractor QC Manager.
- Reports shall document all discrepancies identified and the corrective action taken.
Qualifications
Will still consider someone with 1 of the above if not both.
