Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating customers like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at each party.
• Love having fun and playing like a child.
• Love serving others and making them feel good.
• Enjoy working with children and parents alike.
• Ensure guests leave wanting to have their party at The Little Gym.
• Maintain a positive attitude and energetic demeanor throughout the day.
• Engage in various activities and games suitable for children.

Requirements

• Lovely personality and ability to connect with children and adults.
• Positive outlook and willingness to adapt to different situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helpful.
• Comfortable in an active, energetic environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow The Little Gym's curriculum and teaching methods.
