Teach students with special educational needs in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Implement evidence-based teaching strategies to support learning
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and specialists to provide comprehensive support
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid teaching license in Minnesota
• Experience working with students with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal special education laws
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using technology for lesson planning and assessment
