Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEPs)
- Manage classroom activities to support diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with staff and families to provide comprehensive support
- Create an inclusive learning environment that promotes student success
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Special Education (SPED) license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in special education
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of IEP development
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with middle school students
- Experience with intervention strategies
