Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Special Education with appropriate NYS Teaching Certification, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field with graduate level coursework in Special Education and NYS Provisional Certification or Certificate of Qualification.
- Ability to push and pull students in wheelchairs, lift, bend, squat, turn in the knees, pivot and grasp with both hands (to safely perform CPR/First Aid, behavior intervention, and lifting/carrying techniques), with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay
Pay package is based on 7.0‑hour shifts and 35.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Standard schedule: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (7‑hour day), Monday through Friday.
