Special Education Teacher **On-site**

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) partners with school districts to provide school-based opportunities for Special Education Teachers in a variety of settings. We are a creative and innovative team dedicated to supporting students and fostering a collaborative work environment.

About the role

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction to students with disabilities, ensuring access to the general education curriculum.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Monitor and assess students' progress toward IEP goals, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education services.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development of goals and objectives.
• Provide behavioral support and intervention strategies for students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports all students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Job roles may vary based on state and district requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education from an accredited program.
• Current state certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.
• Knowledge of state and federal special education regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Passion for supporting students with special needs and making a positive impact in their lives.

Schedule

Full-time, on-site for the 2026–2027 school year.
