Aya Education is hiring for the 2026/2027 school year in Santa Maria, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing care and instruction for students with mild to moderate special education needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• State special education teaching certification.

Pay

$2,602.75 to $2,769.38 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

• Up to 40 hours per week.
• Workdays end mid-late afternoon.
• Weekends off.
