Aya Education is hiring for the 2026/2027 school year in Burbank, IL.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing care and instruction to students with special needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Special Education Teaching Endorsement.

Pay

$2,051.00 to $2,221.45 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

• Up to 40 hours per week.
• Workdays end mid-late afternoon.
• Weekends off.
