This role partners closely with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized student programs, provide specialized instruction, offer academic support, and collaborate with general education teams to foster student success. Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Provide specialized instruction and academic supportCollaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providersMonitor student progress and maintain required documentationParticipate in educational planning and team meetingsSupport inclusive learning environments that promote student achievement Ready to Make an Impact?
