Special Education Teacher - Elementary Resource Room (1.0 FTE) Rush and Bell Elementary Schools

This role will be split between Bell Elementary and Rush Elementary Schools (.5 FTE at each school). The resource room program provides academic and behavioral supports to students who spend a range of their time within general education. Teachers may provide pull-out services, push-in supports, or co-teach with general education teachers.

• Deliver pull-out services, push-in supports, or co-teach with general education teachers

Requirements

• Washington State teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement

Pay

Paid per teacher salary schedule with base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days and Responsibility. Includes an additional technology stipend and professional fund. See the LWEA salary schedule posted on the district website.
