About the role
Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district to hire a contract Special Education Teacher for the 2026‑2027 school year. The position is on‑site in Olympia, WA, serving elementary school students. The contract runs from ASAP through June 10, 2027, with a full‑time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. As part of the Epic family, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your abilities and make an impact on special education while receiving support for local or travel assignments.

Pay
The position offers a weekly pay range of $44.35–$50.76 per hour on a local contract. Eligible clinicians who commit to and complete the full school year assignment (30+ hours/week) receive a $2,000 Completion Bonus. Additionally, you can earn up to $3,000 in referral bonuses.
Schedule
Full‑time position with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications
- 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Special Education Teacher within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
- Valid Special Education Teacher credential/license or in process in state of practice
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
