Special Education Teacher
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The posting includes "About Us" and "Job Description And Responsibilities", "Job Details", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Physical Requirements", "Benefits", "Summary". We need to decide which sections to include based on real content. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to map content to appropriate headings.
We have:
- About Us: description of organization. Could map to "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about company, not role. The allowed headings list includes "About the role". But we could still use "About Us" as heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Probably we should stick to those headings. So we could treat "About Us" as "About the role"? Not exactly. Maybe we omit About Us because not in list? But we could still include as heading? The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are typical but not exhaustive. Safer to include About Us as About Us
. However they said "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can include other headings.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to avoid creating Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated, so we include Benefits. Pay is stated: "$45 - $55+/hour ($1687-$2062/week+)". So we need Pay section. Schedule: "Full-time, 37.5 hours/week 2026-2027 School year, September - May/June On-site, in-person". So we have schedule info. So include Schedule section.
Qualifications? The posting has Requirements (Teaching Certification, Bachelors or Masters...). Could map Requirements to Requirements heading. Also there is "Physical Requirements". Could be part of Requirements or separate. We could include Requirements heading and list items. Physical Requirements could be a subsection? But we should not create thin sections. Maybe combine physical requirements under Requirements as a list item? But it's a separate block. Could create a separate heading "Physical Requirements". Not in examples but okay.
We also have "Job Details" which includes full-time, hours, school year, on-site, self-contained classroom, grades 3-4, job duties: educational services, case management, evaluations, dual support, competitive pay, guaranteed hours. Some of that overlaps with Pay, Schedule, Responsibilities. We need to avoid duplication. We'll extract substantive info.
Let's parse:
About Us: Therapeds Partners is therapist-owned... mission etc.
Job Description And Responsibilities: This is a full-time, on-site role as a Special Education Teacher serving a school located in Central Falls, RI. The Special Education Teacher (SPED) will be responsible for providing teaching and case management services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). Job Details: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week 2026-2027 School year, September - May/June On-site, in-person Self Contained classroom 3 - 4 grades Job duties: educational services, case management, evaluations Dual support from the District and TheraPeds Competitive pay Guaranteed hours, including documentation, administrative and planning time $45 - $55+/hour ($1687-$2062/week+)
Responsibilities: bullet list (we have after "Responsibilities" heading). Actually after Job Details there is "Responsibilities" heading then list.
Requirements: list after "Requirements".
Physical Requirements: paragraph.
Benefits: list after "Benefits".
Summary: paragraph at end.
We need to avoid repeating info. We'll create sections:
- About Us (maybe keep as About Us)
- Responsibilities (combining from Job Description And Responsibilities and the Responsibilities list)
- Requirements (including Teaching Certification etc and Physical Requirements maybe)
- Benefits
- Pay
- Schedule
We should not create Qualifications/Skills unless present. There's no explicit Skills section.
We need to ensure we don't create empty sections.
Let's gather content.
About Us paragraph: "TheraPeds Partners is a therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with schools to provide Special Education Teaching (SPED) services to PreK-12 students nationwide. As a team of special education providers, we understand the education process, IDEA requirements, and the importance of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Special Education Teaching and Case Management (SPED) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment."
Responsibilities: from Job Description And Responsibilities: "providing teaching and case management services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs."
Plus the Responsibilities list:
- Develop, implement, and assess individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities

- Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and progress to inform ongoing instruction and planning

- Provide guidance and support to classroom staff in implementing educational strategies for students with special needs
We should combine these into a single
- list. Also include the prose about communication etc maybe as a
before list? The instruction: use
for prose. So we can have a
for the prose sentence, then
for list.
Requirements: list:
- Teaching Certification, Bachelors or Masters Degree or higher in Special Education
- State License as as SPED teacher (typo but keep)
- 1+ years of experience in a school setting preferred
- Experience working with children
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
Physical Requirements paragraph: "Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district."
We could include Physical Requirements as a under Requirements section, or separate heading. Since we have a Requirements heading, we can add a
for physical requirements after the list.
Benefits: list:
- Benefits (eligibility dependent on employment status) Competitive compensation package with benefits including health, dental, and vision and 401K (W2)
- Resources for health benefit enrollment and hourly rates which includes a stipend for health benefits and taxes (1099)
- Opportunities for professional development and continuing education
- Access to a supportive network within the TheraPeds community
- Guaranteed Hours
- Bi-Monthly Salary Deposits
- This position will be a W-2 employee or a 1099 contractor
We need to keep as list items.
Pay: "$45 - $55+/hour ($1687-$2062/week+)". Also mention Competitive pay from Job Details but we have the range.
Schedule: "Full-time, 37.5 hours/week 2026-2027 School year, September - May/June On-site, in-person Self Contained classroom 3 - 4 grades". Also mention Guaranteed hours etc but that's in Benefits? Actually Guaranteed hours appears in Benefits list and also in Job Details. We'll keep Guaranteed hours under Benefits (already). For schedule we include hours, school year, on-site, classroom type, grades.
We should avoid duplication: Guaranteed hours appears in Benefits list; we keep it there.
Now produce HTML fragment with
headings and appropriate
and
.
Order: About Us, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Maybe Summary? The summary is repetitive; we could omit as it's boilerplate. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. Summary is basically repeating earlier info; we can drop it.
Let's craft.
Check for any placeholder like "commensurate with experience" etc none.
Now produce HTML.
Be careful to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed.
