SUMMARY
The Lead Teacher is responsible for the development, monitoring and maintenance of educational and behavior analytic programming for an assigned student caseload. The Lead Teacher will assess, design, implement and train staff on all aspects of programmatic supports within each student program and, as a multidisciplinary team member, collaborate with and train staff in evidence-based practices. With guidance from the Program Director, the Lead Teacher will participate in a leadership role within the organization, and in on-boarding and training for Instructional Assistants.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience in behavior analysis and/or educational programming
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to apply them in a classroom setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
