About the role

Responsible for delivering specialized education programs to students with special needs, providing individualized instruction, and collaborating with parents and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and administrators to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and school staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in the state where the position is located.
• Experience working with students with special needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
