Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the Exceptional Education learning environment to prepare lesson plans, provide specialized instruction, evaluate, monitor, and collect data on the students’ performance in order to advance student achievement.
- Work collaboratively with a team to plan instruction.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
- Complete required case management duties.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Special Education preferred, Bachelors required.
- At least 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience in special education in a high school setting preferred.
- AZ Special Education Teaching Certificate required upon hire.
- AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
