The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have access to a high-quality education in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)Provide direct instruction and support in academic and functional skillsCollect and analyze student data to monitor progressCollaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staffManage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environmentMaintain accurate records and comply with district/state requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)Valid Missouri teaching certification in Special EducationExperience working with students with disabilitiesStrong communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of behavior management and instructional strategies
