Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Certification in Special Education is required for Arizona
• Experience working with students with autism and other disabilities is highly desirable
• Strong proofreading skills for preparing educational materials and documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff
• Proven ability in behavior management techniques that foster a positive classroom environment
• A passion for mentoring students and helping them reach their full potential
