About the role

EDU-AIDs is seeking full time dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers to join our team in Lawrenceville, NJ for elementary and High school, where you’ll help empower students with diverse learning needs to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction for elementary school students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and student support teams
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom culture that promotes growth, confidence, and achievement

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience teaching as a Special Education Teacher
• A valid state Special Education Teaching License
• Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
• A deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a positive impact on students' lives

Skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations

Pay

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
