Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Requirements
- State Teacher LIC/CERT
- Bachelor's Degree
- One year of experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with special needs children
Skills
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
