We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers to support elementary students in Richardson, TX. These positions are in self-contained classrooms serving students with diverse learning needs, offering the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative support team while making a lasting difference in students' academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized instruction aligned with student IEPs
- Create engaging learning experiences tailored to individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate with general education staff, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Foster a positive and structured classroom environment
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
- Valid state teaching certification as required by state and district regulations
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience preferred
- Standard Elementary, Secondary, and/or Special Education Teaching Certification preferred
- Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement preferred
- Compliance with all professional standards of practice
- Current CPR certification, if applicable
- TB clearance as required
- Current health certificate, if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Compensation
Pay Rate: $42/hour
