About the Role

Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district in San Lorenzo, CA, to find a contract Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position starting as soon as possible and running through June 3, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide special education services to students across multiple grade levels, including Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary School, Middle School, and High School.
• Work full-time (37.5 hours per week) in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a Special Education Teacher within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
• Valid Special Education Teacher credential/license or in process in the state of practice.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available).

Pay

• Weekly pay range: $49.50 – $56.93 per hour on a local contract.
• $2,000 Completion Bonus for eligible clinicians and educators who commit to and complete their full school year assignment (30+ hours/week).
• Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 in referral bonuses ($1,000 per referral).
