Responsibilities
- Support special education students in the classroom setting
- Assist with implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide instructional support under the direction of certified special education teachers
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
- Special Education Paraprofessional certification or eligibility
- Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and adaptability in working with diverse student needs
- Basic instructional and classroom management abilities
