About the Role

We are seeking passionate educators to fill various teaching positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles are ideal for individuals committed to fostering student growth and achieving educational excellence in diverse learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Assess and record student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and administrators.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and align curriculum with state standards.
• Participate in departmental, school, and parent meetings as required.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Valid Michigan teaching certification or eligibility for alternative certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required for certification).
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students in a classroom or similar setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching practices.
• Familiarity with Michigan educational standards and assessment tools.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.
