Design and deliver individualized instruction that supports students' academic, social, and emotional growth within a structured, inclusive classroom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student goals
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary staff

Qualifications

• New Jersey Teacher Certification in English, Math, Science, and/or History is required
• Special Education Certification and Middle or High School experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a commitment to inclusive education
